Caillouet Land is a privately owned company with the purpose of owning, managing, operating and administering improved and unimproved real estate. It’s reputation for improving the area’s economy precedes it’s actual incorporation in 1968. The corporation was instrumental to the cooperative effort in 1962 that enabled the formation of the Greater Lafourche Port Commission. Over the period of years since it’s incorporation, Caillouet Land has cooperated with numerous companies through cooperative agreements, leases and sub-leases.
